Return Policy

The majority of our products are handmade constructions.

They are made with care and love every time after the customer's order, for this reason they are not ready to be delivered and can NOT be returned.

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

A) Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process, you can press the "Cancel" button located at the bottom center of your screen. Clicking on it automatically stops the ordering process.

B) If the online order has been completed, but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2391091026 and one of our partners will cancel your order.

Withdrawal - Return / Replacement of Products

The customer has the right to return the products received within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Return is possible provided that the product / products received has not been used, is in its original condition, clean and in its original packaging.

In general, the right of return (withdrawal) provided in articles 3E to 3IA of Government Gazette Z1-891 / No. Sheet 2144 / issue 2 for distance and out-of-store transactions, does NOT apply according to the law in the following cases: - the supply of goods that are manufactured or processed or assembled or decorated by order of the consumer and do not contain a defect or error. - the supply of goods which may be damaged or expire soon. To this category belong all the sweets - the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and much more when they have been unsealed after delivery.

However, if you have received something that you do not want in the end and does not fall into any of the above cases, then you must strictly within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, contact us and then send us in writing the your request for return to the email, so that we can schedule the return of the order as well as your money.

Return procedure:

It is necessary to send us a photo of the item at, so that we have a better picture in our communication with you and to confirm the acceptance of the return.
Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
